PHV and Packaging Machinery
High-speed packaging lines demand fast, consistent air bursts for blow-off, bag opening, and seal assist. The PHV Booster from Clippard Instrument Laboratory amplifies plant air, provided by a Jun-Air compressor, at the point of use—delivering higher localized pressure without increasing overall system supply. Pair it with a compact Clippard control valve for rapid cycling and precision regulation upstream. Add quick disconnects from CPC to simplify changeovers and maintenance, reducing downtime on modular tooling. Where added force is required, integrate a short-stroke actuator from Compact Automation.
